Return & Exchange Policy – Custom Apparel

At Xpress It Graphics, each item is made to order just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

Custom Orders (All Personalized Items)

All custom and personalized t-shirts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items with names, custom designs, colors, or sizes chosen at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.

• Please contact us within 5 days of delivery
  
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue
  
• We will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you
  

Sizing Issues

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizing unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or changed within 12–24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.

Production Time

All items are made to order. Please allow up to 7 days for production before shipping.
